Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of St. Sampson, head east along the main road, Rue de la Lande. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the A2. Take the second exit onto the A2 towards St. Peter Port. After approximately 300 meters, take the first right onto Rue des Plaisants. Follow this road until you see La Varde Dolmen on your left, just past the junction with Les Douvres. The dolmen is situated in a small grassy area and is marked by a sign.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From St. Sampson, walk to the nearest bus stop on the A2 route. Take the bus towards St. Peter Port. Get off at the stop named 'Les Douvres'. From there, walk back along the A2 for about 200 meters until you reach Rue des Plaisants. Turn left onto Rue des Plaisants, and La Varde Dolmen will be on your left side in a small grassy area.
