If you are in the center of Vale, start by heading east on Rue des Vignes. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Rue des Goddards. Turn left onto Rue des Goddards and follow it until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto La Rue du Lavoir. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles, keeping an eye out for local signs. You will pass several shops and residential areas. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will see a sign for Les Houards Forest. Turn right onto the path leading into the forest, and follow the signs until you reach the German Occupation Museum, which will be on your left.
