Start from the center of Vale, near the Vale Church. Head north on the Rue des Caches, then take a left onto Les Vardes. Continue straight until you reach the coast, where you will see the beach. Follow the coastal path (also known as the Guernsey Coastal Path) heading west. This path will take you along the scenic coastline, offering beautiful views of the sea. Keep following the path until you reach Sandy Hook. Grand Havre will be a short walk from here, located on the sandy beach area, often frequented by locals and tourists alike.

From Vale, head to the nearest bus stop at the Vale Church. Take the bus number 91 or 92 heading towards St. Peter Port. Get off at the stop nearest to Sandy Hook. Once you disembark, follow the signs to the beach area, which is just a short walk away. Grand Havre is located along the sandy beach area and is easily accessible from the bus stop.
