Walking
From the central area of Dixinn, head towards the main road, Rue de Dixinn. Walk in the direction of the roundabout. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach a junction. At this junction, take a left onto Avenue Moussa Tavele. Continue straight for approximately 10 minutes until you see the Grande Mosquée de Conakry on your right. The mosque is a large structure, easily identifiable by its impressive architecture.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can make your way to Grande Mosquée de Conakry more quickly. Start from the center of Dixinn and cycle towards Rue de Dixinn. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout, then take the left turn onto Avenue Moussa Tavele. Keep cycling straight for about 10 minutes. The mosque will be on your right, and there is usually space to park your bicycle nearby.
Public Transportation (Minibus)
You can take a local minibus (often referred to as 'taxi') from various points in Dixinn. Look for a minibus heading towards Conakry center. Board the bus and inform the driver you are going to Grande Mosquée de Conakry. The fare is typically around 2000 GNF. Once you arrive at the stop near the mosque, it will be a short walk to the entrance.
Motorcycle Taxi
For a quicker option, consider taking a motorcycle taxi (known as 'Zem'). You can easily find one in the streets of Dixinn. Negotiate the fare with the driver before getting on; it should cost around 5000 GNF to reach the Grande Mosquée de Conakry. The driver will take you directly to the mosque, making it a convenient option, especially in busy traffic.
