Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction at 2M6R+JCV. Turn right at the junction and follow the road for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the direction to Speightland beach. The beach will be on your left-hand side, and there is usually ample parking available.

To reach Speightland beach using public transportation, head to the main bus terminal in Linden. Look for a bus or minibus heading towards the lower Berbice area or specifically marked for Speightland. The fare is typically around GYD 300 to GYD 500. Once you get on the bus, inform the driver of your destination. They will let you know when you reach the stop closest to Speightland beach. After alighting, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to the beach, following the main road signs.
Taxi
You can also hire a taxi for a more direct route. From any location in Linden, ask the driver to take you to Speightland beach. The taxi fare will vary, but expect to pay around GYD 2000 to GYD 3000 for a one-way trip. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The driver will take you directly to the beach, so you won't need to do any additional walking.
