If you are driving from any location in Essequibo Islands-West Demerara, head towards the Demerara Harbour Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on the West Coast Demerara road towards Georgetown. Follow the signs to Georgetown until you reach the intersection with Lama Avenue. Turn left onto Lama Avenue, and the Guyana Zoo will be located at RV53+2CQ on your right.
