From the center of Lethem, head east on the main road (Main Street) towards the Lethem Market. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Lethem Police Station on your right. Cross the road and continue straight, passing the Lethem Post Office on your left. Keep walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction where you can see a large green building on your left, which is the Lethem Health Centre. At this junction, turn left.
