From the center of Lethem, head east on the main road (Main Street) towards the Lethem Market. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Lethem Police Station on your right. Cross the road and continue straight, passing the Lethem Post Office on your left. Keep walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction where you can see a large green building on your left, which is the Lethem Health Centre. At this junction, turn left. Continue walking for another 10 minutes, and you will see Untamed Adventures located at 96G4+VVQ on your right.

If you are renting a bicycle in Lethem, start from the Lethem Market. Cycle east on Main Street, passing the Lethem Police Station on your right. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the Lethem Health Centre. At the junction near the Health Centre, turn left. Keep cycling straight for another 1 km, and you will find Untamed Adventures at 96G4+VVQ on your right side.
