From the center of Cap-Haïtien, head southeast towards Rue 15. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue 14. Turn left onto Rue 14 and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will arrive at the intersection with Avenue de la Libération. Turn right onto Avenue de la Libération and continue for another 1 kilometer. Look for signs indicating 'Sainte-Philomène'. After passing a few local shops and eateries, you will find Rotation Tours located at PQVQ+M43 Sainte-Philomène on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central square of Cap-Haïtien. Head towards Rue 15 and cycle straight for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with Rue 14, take a left and continue cycling for 500 meters. Turn right onto Avenue de la Libération and keep cycling for about 1 kilometer.
