Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the central market in Hinche, head east on Rue du Commerce towards Rue des Enfants. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right path onto Rue de l'Indépendance. Walk for another 300 meters until you see a small intersection. At the intersection, turn left onto Rue Carbone. Continue walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer. You will notice Sainte Anne Church on your left, marked by its tall steeple and distinctive architecture.

  • Bicycle

    Starting from the main square in Hinche, take your bicycle and ride south on Rue de l'Indépendance. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection with Rue de la Révolution. Turn left here. Continue on this road for 800 meters, then take a right onto Rue Carbone. Keep cycling straight for about 600 meters, and you will find Sainte Anne Church on your right-hand side.

    From the central bus station in Hinche, take a 'Tap Tap' (shared taxi) heading towards Port-au-Prince. Make sure to tell the driver you want to get off near Rue Carbone. After about 20 minutes, the driver will drop you off at a stop near Rue Carbone. From there, walk west for about 300 meters until you see Sainte Anne Church on your left.
