Getting There

Car
Starting from Pic la Selle, head northwest on Route Nationale #5 towards Pòtoprens. Continue for approximately 20 km until you reach the intersection with RN #8. Turn left onto RN #8 and follow the signs for Fond-Parisien. The Parc Naturel Quisqueya will be located a few kilometers down this road on your right. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some roads may be bumpy.

Public Transportation
From Pic la Selle, you can take a tap-tap (shared taxi) heading towards Pòtoprens. Ask the driver to drop you off at the RN #8 intersection. Once you reach the intersection, you may need to wait for a tap-tap heading towards Fond-Parisien or consider hiring a motorcycle taxi to cover the remaining distance to the Parc. The cost for the tap-tap ride is usually around 50 HTG, but it may vary based on distance and the number of passengers.

If you're already at the RN #8 intersection, you can hire a motorcycle taxi directly to Parc Naturel Quisqueya de Fonds-Parisien. This ride will be quicker and may cost around 200 HTG to 300 HTG, depending on your negotiation skills and the distance. Ensure to agree on the price before starting your journey.
