Walking
From the center of Delmas, head towards Avenue John Brown. Walk along this avenue until you reach the main intersection with Route Nationale 1. Take a left onto Route Nationale 1 and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs toward Fort Jacques on your right. Continue on this path until you reach a fork in the road where you will see a sign indicating Fort Jacques. Follow the road uphill for another 1 kilometer until you arrive at the entrance to Fort Jacques.

Motorbike Taxi (Tap Tap)
From any location in Delmas, find a Tap Tap (shared motorbike taxi). Tell the driver you want to go to Fort Jacques. The fare should be around 150 HTG (Haitian Gourdes), but confirm the price before getting in. The driver will take you to the closest point to Fort Jacques, which is about a 20-minute ride depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you may need to walk the last 10-15 minutes uphill to the fort entrance.
