From either the Coxen Hole or Mahogany Bay cruise ports, the final approach to Maya Key involves a short ferry or water taxi ride. Many Maya Key excursions include round-trip transportation directly from the cruise port. If arranging transport independently, water taxis are readily available at the port. The boat ride is approximately 5-10 minutes. Round-trip transport via water taxi is typically included in the Maya Key day pass, which costs around US$70 per adult and includes admission to the island, access to the beaches, pool, animal sanctuary, and cultural exhibits.
