If you are driving from the center of Lago de Yojoa, head southeast on V-905. Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers (about 6 miles). You will pass through Santa Cruz de Yojoa. Look for signs indicating Luna del Puente Reserva Natural Privada. The entrance will be on your right. There is no entrance fee mentioned, but it's advisable to carry some cash for any small purchases or tips.

From the central bus terminal in Lago de Yojoa, look for buses heading towards Santa Cruz de Yojoa. The fare is typically around 20 Lempiras (about 0.80 USD). Tell the driver you want to go to Luna del Puente Reserva Natural Privada or ask to be dropped off near V-905. Once you arrive, you may need to walk about 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) along V-905 to reach the entrance of the reserve. Taxis are also available for hire from the bus drop-off point if you prefer not to walk.
