Car
From Lago de Yojoa, head southeast on the CA-5 highway. Continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the La Guama turnoff. Take the exit and follow the signs for Los Pinos. Once you reach the intersection, take a right turn and continue for about 7 kilometers. Panacam Lodge will be located on your right. Look for the sign indicating the lodge. Keep an eye out for roadside markers as you approach.
Public Transportation
Start at the main bus terminal in Lago de Yojoa. Look for buses heading towards Los Pinos or La Guama. The fare should be around 30-50 Lempira (about $1-2 USD). Inform the driver that you want to get off at the La Guama turnoff. Once you reach the turnoff, you will need to walk approximately 7 kilometers along the road towards Panacam Lodge. Alternatively, you may be able to find a taxi at the turnoff to take you directly to the lodge, which may cost around 100-200 Lempira (about $4-8 USD).
Taxi
If you prefer a direct approach, you can also hire a taxi from Lago de Yojoa. Negotiate a fare before you start your journey; it should be around 200-300 Lempira (about $8-12 USD) for a one-way trip to Panacam Lodge. The driver will take you directly to the lodge without any need for transfers or additional walking.
