Taxi
If you are in West End, simply find a local taxi, which are often parked near the beach or you can ask your hotel to call one for you. Once in the taxi, provide the driver with the address: 'Gumbalimba Park, 34101 West Bay'. The drive will take around 10 minutes. The taxi will drop you off directly at the entrance of the park.
Public Bus
Head to the main road of West End where you will find a bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards West Bay. The fare is very affordable, usually around 1-2 Lempira. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the West Bay stop. From there, Gumbalimba Park is about a 5-minute walk. Just head towards the beach and follow the signs towards the park entrance.
Walking
If you are in West Bay, it is quite easy to walk to Gumbalimba Park. Start from the main beach area and walk south along the beach. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Gumbalimba Park. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes, and you’ll enjoy beautiful views along the way.
