From West End, you can take a water taxi to Coxen Hole. Head to the main dock in West End, where you will find various water taxi operators. Inform the operator that you wish to go to Coxen Hole. The ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Coxen Hole dock, exit the dock area and walk to Main St; Maya Key is a short 5-minute walk from the dock.
