Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from Santa Bárbara city center, head northwest on Calle 4ta until you reach the intersection with the main road (CA-4). Turn left onto CA-4 and continue for about 5 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to Mirador las Gradas. You may need to take a right turn onto a smaller road leading directly to WQ88+WXM, Santa Barbara. Parking is available near the entrance to the viewpoint.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start at the main bus terminal in Santa Bárbara. Look for a minibus (microbús) heading towards Santa Rita or El Salvador. Inform the driver you want to get off at the turn-off for Mirador las Gradas. The fare is typically around 20 Lempiras (approx. $0.80). Once you get off, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer uphill to reach the viewpoint. Be sure to ask locals for directions if you're unsure.

• Walking

  If you're already in the vicinity of Mirador las Gradas or prefer to walk, navigate towards the coordinates WQ88+WXM. From Santa Bárbara, head northwest on the main road and take the smaller paths leading toward the viewpoint. Be prepared for some elevation gain, as the mirador is located on a hill offering spectacular views.
