From Tela, head west on CA-13 road. Continue straight for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of La Ceiba. Just before reaching La Ceiba, look for signs indicating the turnoff to Las Palmas (the entrance to Parque Nacional Punta Izopo). Follow the signs and turn onto the road leading to Las Palmas.
