Getting There

  • Public Transport - Metro

    If you are near Deák Ferenc tér, take Metro Line 1 (Yellow Line) towards Vörösmarty tér. Get off at the next stop, which is Vörösmarty tér. From there, transfer to Metro Line 2 (Red Line) and head towards Déli pályaudvar. Get off at the next stop, which is Astoria. At Astoria, transfer to Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at the next stop, which is Ferenciek tere. Exit the station and walk towards the Danube River. Continue walking south along the riverbank until you reach Fővám tér, where you will see Bálna at Fővám tér 11-12.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you are near the Danube River, locate the tram stop called 'Fővám tér'. You can take Tram Line 2 that runs along the river. Get off at the Fővám tér stop. Once you alight, you will see Bálna directly across the street at Fővám tér 11-12. The journey is quite scenic as you travel alongside the river.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the vicinity of the Central Market Hall (Nagyvásárcsarnok), exit the market and head towards the river. Walk along the riverbank, heading north until you reach Fővám tér. Bálna will be located on your left at Fővám tér 11-12. The walk should take around 10 minutes and offers beautiful views of the city.
