    Start at Deák Ferenc tér, a major metro hub in Budapest. Take the M1 (yellow line) towards Vörösmarty tér. Get off at the next stop, which is Vörösmarty tér. From there, walk south on Váci utca until you reach the intersection with Henszlmann Imre utca. Turn left onto Henszlmann Imre utca, and continue walking until you reach number 3, where the Fountain of Knowledge is located.

    Walking

    If you are near the Hungarian Parliament Building, walk towards Kossuth Lajos tér. From there, head south along Alkotmány utca until you reach the Danube River. Turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the Chain Bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue straight onto Clark Ádám tér. Turn right onto Henszlmann Imre utca, and walk until you reach the Fountain of Knowledge at number 3.

    Tram

    Find a tram stop for tram line 2, which runs along the Pest side of the Danube. Board the tram and ride towards Jászai Mari tér. Get off at the stop called Kossuth Lajos tér. From there, walk towards Alkotmány utca, then continue straight until you reach Henszlmann Imre utca. Turn left, and the Fountain of Knowledge will be on your right at number 3.
