Getting There

• Metro

  To reach the Antal József memorial plaque located at Ferenciek tere 7-8, start by finding the nearest metro station. If you are near Deák Ferenc tér station (which connects all three metro lines), take the M1 (yellow line), M2 (red line), or M3 (blue line) towards the direction of your respective line's endpoint. If you are on the M2 line, specifically, get off at Ferenciek tere station. Once you exit the metro, you will be at Ferenciek tere square. From there, you can easily walk to the address. Head towards Ferenciek tere 7-8, which is just a short walk away, located on the left side of the square. Look for the building with the plaque on the second floor, specifically in stairwell II.

• Tram

  If you prefer taking the tram, locate the nearest tram stop serving tram lines 4 or 6. Board the tram towards the direction of either direction (both routes will pass near Ferenciek tere). Ride the tram until you reach the Ferenciek tere stop. As you disembark, walk towards Ferenciek tere 7-8, which is a short distance away, on the left side of the square. The memorial plaque is located on the second floor (2. em.) in stairwell II.

• Bus

  To get to the Antal József memorial plaque by bus, find a bus stop serving lines 7, 8E, or 112. Board the bus and ride until you reach the Ferenciek tere stop. After getting off, walk towards the address Ferenciek tere 7-8, which should be within a short walking distance from the bus stop. Look for the memorial plaque on the second floor in stairwell II of the building.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Ferenciek tere, you can simply walk to the location. From any nearby landmark (like the Great Market Hall or Váci utca shopping street), head towards Ferenciek tere square. Once you arrive at the square, look for the building at Ferenciek tere 7-8. The memorial plaque is located on the second floor in stairwell II. Make sure to look up as you approach the building to spot the plaque.
