Public Transport
If you are starting from Deák Ferenc tér, which is a major transport hub in Budapest, take Metro Line 1 (the Yellow Line) towards Vörösmarty utca. Get off at Vörösmarty utca station. Once you exit the station, turn right onto Váci utca and walk straight until you reach Vörösmarty tér. The Lion Fountain is located in the middle of the square.
Walking
From the famous Chain Bridge (Lánchíd), walk up to the Pest side of the river and head towards the Váci utca pedestrian street. Continue walking straight until you reach Vörösmarty tér. The Lion Fountain is situated prominently in the center of the square, surrounded by cafes and shops.
Tram
From the nearest tram stop, which is at Jászai Mari tér, take Tram 4 or 6 heading towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the stop named Vörösmarty tér. After exiting the tram, you will see the square ahead, with the Lion Fountain located in the center.
Bus
If you are near the Opera House, you can take Bus 105 from the nearby bus stop. Get off at the stop named Vörösmarty tér. The Lion Fountain is just a short walk from the bus stop, located in the heart of Vörösmarty tér.
