Getting There

Metro
Take Metro Line 3 (the blue line) from any station towards Újpest-Központ. If you're starting from Deák Ferenc tér, board the train in the direction of Újpest-Központ. Alight at Árpád híd station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Árpád Bridge.

Tram
Once you reach Árpád híd station, you will find the tram stop just outside. Take Tram 4 or 6 (either direction is fine) towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the next stop, which is Margit híd (Margaret Bridge).

Walking
After alighting from the tram at Margit híd, walk towards Margaret Bridge. Cross the bridge on foot; the entrance to Margaret Island is at the end of the bridge. You will find a pedestrian entrance that leads directly onto the island.

Bus
Alternatively, from Árpád híd station, you can take Bus 26 towards Budagyöngye. Get off at the stop named Margit híd, where you can also access Margaret Island via the pedestrian entrance.
