You can take Metro Line 3 (the blue line) from any central station, such as Deák Ferenc tér, or you can take a tram to get there. Once at Nyugati, purchase a ticket to Szentendre. Trains to Szentendre run frequently. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Szentendre train station, exit the station and follow the signs toward the town center. The Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum is about a 15-minute walk from the station. Head straight down the main road (Dózsa György út) until you reach the intersection with Vastagh György utca, then turn left. The museum will be on your right at number 1.

    Bus

    You can also take a bus from Budapest to Szentendre. Head to the Árpád híd bus station (you can reach this by taking Metro Line 3 to Árpád híd). At the bus station, look for buses heading to Szentendre. The journey takes about 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Szentendre bus station, exit and head towards the town center. Walk straight down the main road (Dózsa György út) for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Vastagh György utca, then turn left. The Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum will be on your right at number 1.
