Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the city center, take Metro Line 3 (the blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at the 'Népliget' station. From there, exit the metro station and head east on Üllői út towards the intersection with Komor Marcell utca. Turn right onto Komor Marcell utca, and Müpa Budapest will be on your left side after a short walk.

  • Tram

    You can also take Tram Line 1 (the yellow tram) from the city center. Board the tram at any central stop along the route, for example, at 'Deák Ferenc tér'. Ride the tram towards 'Kelenföld vasútállomás'. Get off at the 'Müpa' stop. From there, walk a short distance to the entrance of Müpa Budapest, located at Komor Marcell u. 1.

  • Bus

    If you prefer to travel by bus, take Bus 23 from 'Szent Gellért tér' station, which is close to the Gellért Baths. Ride until you reach the 'Müpa' stop. From the bus stop, it's just a short walk to Komor Marcell utca where Müpa Budapest is located.

  • Walking

    If you are staying in the vicinity of the Danube River, you can walk to Müpa Budapest. Start at the riverbank and head towards the 'Liberty Bridge' (Szabadság híd). Cross the bridge and continue straight on Pálffy utca. Take a left onto Komor Marcell utca and follow it until you reach Müpa Budapest at number 1.
