    If you are near the city center, head to the Deák Ferenc tér metro station, which is a major interchange. Take Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) towards Mexikói Út. At the next stop, Vörösmarty tér, transfer to Metro Line 2 (the red line) and head towards Déli Pályaudvar. Get off at the next stop, Széll Kálmán tér. From there, take the tram number 4 or 6 towards Moszkva tér. Get off at the stop called 'Dózsa György út'. The Museum of Ethnography is a short walk from the tram stop.
