To reach Szentendre from Budapest, start by making your way to the Nyugati Pályaudvar (Nyugati Railway Station). You can take the Metro Line 3 (blue line) to the 'Nyugati' stop. Once at Nyugati Pályaudvar, purchase a ticket for the suburban train (HÉV) to Szentendre. Trains typically depart every 30 minutes; be sure to check the schedule posted at the station. The train journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Szentendre station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the town center, which is about a 10-minute walk.
