Public Transport - Metro
If you are near the city center, take the M2 (Red Line) metro from Deák Ferenc tér station towards Örs vezér tere. Get off at the next stop, which is Széll Kálmán tér. From Széll Kálmán tér, exit the metro station and follow the signs for the bus station. Take bus 5 or 178 towards Margit híd, budai hídfő. Get off at the second stop, which is called Vérmező. Follow the signs to the park.

From the famous Chain Bridge, walk to the tram stop at Clark Ádám tér. Take tram number 19 in the direction of Kelenföld vasútállomás. Ride for about 5 stops until you reach the stop named 'Vérmező'. The park will be directly in front of you as you exit the tram.

Walking
If you are staying in the Buda Castle area, you can easily walk to Vérmező. Head south on Szentháromság utca towards Tóth Árpád sétány. Continue onto Dísz tér, then take a left onto Országház utca. Follow Országház utca until you reach the park entrance. It’s a pleasant walk of about 15-20 minutes.

From the Great Market Hall, walk to the Fővám tér metro station and take the M4 (Green Line) towards Keleti pályaudvar. Get off at the next stop, which is Szent Gellért tér. Transfer to bus 27 towards Rákospalota, központ and get off at the stop called Vérmező. The park will be right in front of you.
