  • Public Transport - Metro

    From the Inner City, you can take Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) from the Deák Ferenc tér station. Board the train towards the Mexikói út direction. Travel for 5 stops until you reach the Hősök tere station. Upon exiting the metro, you will find yourself directly at Heroes' Square. Note that a single ticket costs 350 HUF (approximately 1.10 EUR).

  • Public Transport - Tram

    Another option is to take Tram 1 from the Inner City. You can board the tram at any stop along the route towards the Közvágóhíd direction. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the Hősök tere stop. This stop is right by Heroes' Square. A single ticket for the tram also costs 350 HUF (approximately 1.10 EUR).

    If you prefer to walk, you can head northwest from the Inner City towards Heroes' Square. A leisurely walk will take about 30-40 minutes.
