Getting There

Car

If you are driving from the center of Bükk, start by getting onto Route 25 (E71) heading towards Répáshuta. Continue on Route 25 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach a junction. Turn left onto Route 24. After about 5 kilometers, take a right onto the road leading to Répáshuta. Follow this road for another 2 kilometers, and you will see signs for the Bükk Astronomical Observatory on your left. The observatory is located at Répáshuta, 3G4C+C6, 3559. Parking is available on-site.

To reach the Bükk Astronomical Observatory using public transportation, first take a train from the nearest major city, such as Miskolc, to the Répáshuta station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes.
