From Tatabánya train station, take a train to Budapest. Look for the trains heading to Budapest Nyugati station. Once you arrive at Nyugati, exit the station and walk to the nearby Nyugati pályaudvar bus stop. Take Bus 7 or 73 towards Deák Ferenc tér. Get off at the stop called 'Rákóczi tér M' after approximately 10 stops. From Rákóczi tér, walk east on Rákóczi út for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Dohány utca. Turn left onto Dohány utca, and the Dohány Street Synagogue will be on your right at number 2.
