If you are traveling by car from Jászság, start by heading southeast on Route 3 (E71) towards Budapest. Continue on Route 3 for approximately 50 km until you reach the outskirts of Budapest. As you enter the city, follow signs for 'Buda' and 'District I.' to head towards the castle area. Once you reach the Castle District, look for parking options nearby, as there are several parking lots available. The closest parking to Fisherman's Bastion is the 'Castle District Parking Garage' (address: 1014 Budapest, Úri u. 49). From the parking garage, it is a short 10-minute walk to Fisherman's Bastion.

Public Transportation
To reach Fisherman's Bastion via public transportation, take a train or bus from Jászság to Budapest. The train services from Jászapáti or Jászberény to Budapest's Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station) are frequent. Once you arrive at Nyugati Pályaudvar, take the M3 metro line (blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at 'Deák Ferenc tér' and transfer to the M2 metro line (red line) towards Déli pályaudvar. Get off at 'Déli pályaudvar,' then exit and catch bus 16 or 16A which will take you directly to 'Buda Castle.' The bus stop closest to Fisherman's Bastion is 'Szentháromság tér,' from where it is just a short walk to the entrance. Note that a single metro ticket costs around 350 HUF (about €1).
