Walking
If you are in the center of Keszthely, head towards the main square (Fő tér). From there, take Kossuth Lajos utca heading south until you reach the lakeshore. Continue walking along the lakeside promenade (Balaton-part) for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you to the Municipal Beach (Városi Strand) on your left. The beach is located at Keszthely, 8360, right by the water.

Start at the Keszthely train station. Take bus number 20 or 30 from the bus stop right outside the station. The bus will take you directly to the beach area. Get off at the 'Városi Strand' stop. Once you exit the bus, the Municipal Beach will be a short walk away, just across the street.
