Getting There

Car

If you are driving from the nearest larger town, Balatonfüred, head south on Route 71. After approximately 12 kilometers, turn right onto the Tihany peninsula road (Hegyi utca) following the signs to Tihany. Continue until you reach Major u. in Tihany. Lake Belső is located at Major u. 58, which will be on your left. Parking is available on the street.
Public Transportation

From Balatonfüred, you can take a bus to Tihany. The bus stop is located near the train station. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tihany bus station, walk towards the center of the village and follow the signs to Lake Belső. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. The bus fare is around 600 HUF (approximately 2 EUR).
Bicycle

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Balatonfüred and ride to Tihany. Follow the cycling path along the lakeside for beautiful views, which takes about 45 minutes.
