Look for the bus line 1 or 1A, which will take you towards the outskirts of the city. Get on the bus and ride for about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, until you reach the stop 'Bükkábrány.' From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes. Head northeast on the main road and follow the signs towards Homokkő-forrás. The path will lead you through a small wooded area, and you will eventually see the sign for Homokkő-forrás on your right.

If you prefer to walk from the city center, you can start from the central square (Szent István tér). Head north on Kossuth Lajos utca, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kálvin János utca, and turn left. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Kossuth utca, then turn right. Walk straight until you see a sign for the hiking path towards Homokkő-forrás. Follow this trail, which is well-marked, for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views on your way to the spring.

From the main square, you can take tram line 1 towards the main train station. Get off at the 'Miskolc Tiszai pályaudvar' stop. Once there, transfer to bus line 5 towards 'Tardona' and ride for about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Homokkő-forrás' stop. From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk to the site. Follow the walking path to the right and you will find the entrance to Homokkő-forrás.
