Public Transport - Bus
From Miskolc city center, head to the Miskolc bus station (Miskolc autóbusz-állomás). Take bus number 17 towards Mád. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Mád stop (Mád, község). From the bus stop, walk straight along Táncsics Street (Táncsics utca) for about 5 minutes. The Jewish Synagogue of Kol Aryeh will be on your left at Táncsics u. 38.
Train
Proceed to Miskolc Tiszai Railway Station. Purchase a ticket for a train to the Mád station. Trains run frequently, and the journey lasts about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Mád station, exit the station, and head towards Táncsics Street (Táncsics utca). Walk approximately 10 minutes straight along Táncsics Street, and you will find the Jewish Synagogue of Kol Aryeh at Táncsics u. 38 on your right.

If you are near Miskolc city center, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Mád, which is about 20 km away. Start by heading west on Deák Ferenc Street (Deák Ferenc utca) towards the main road (A 3). Follow the signs towards Mád, and enjoy the beautiful countryside along the way. It may take approximately 4-5 hours, so be prepared for a long walk.
