Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Pilisszentkereszt. You can use the address 'Pilisszentkereszt, 2098' in your GPS. From Budapest, take Route 10 towards Esztergom, then merge onto Route 11, following signs for Pilisvörösvár. Continue on Route 10 until you reach Pilisszentkereszt. Once in the village, look for signs directing you to the Jéggombás-barlang. There is a small parking area near the cave entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Jéggombás-barlang using public transportation, first take a train from Budapest to Pilisvörösvár. You can catch the train from the Nyugati Pályaudvar station. After arriving at Pilisvörösvár, transfer to bus number 833, which will take you to Pilisszentkereszt. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited. Once you arrive in Pilisszentkereszt, follow the local signs toward Jéggombás-barlang. Be prepared for a short walk from the bus stop to the cave entrance.
