Wine Portfolio and Production

Beyond still wines, MARIEL produces sparkling wines, fruit brandies, vinegars, and liqueurs, utilizing the full harvest to minimize waste. All non-food products are composted and returned to the vineyards, eliminating chemical fertilizers in favor of compost, manure, and strategic cover cropping.
