If you are starting from the Székesfehérvár City Hall (Városháza), exit the building and head south on Ady Endre utca. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kossuth Lajos utca. Turn left onto Kossuth Lajos utca and walk for about 5 minutes. You will notice a pedestrian area; continue straight until you reach the main square, Szent István tér. Here, you will see signs indicating the direction to the Városnéző Kisvonat indulási helye, which is located nearby.

If you are at the Székesfehérvár Train Station (Székesfehérvár Vasútállomás), exit the station and walk to the bus stop located in front of the station. Take bus number 8 towards Várpalota and get off at the 'Szent István tér' stop. From there, you can walk to the Városnéző Kisvonat indulási helye, which is just a short 5-minute walk. Head towards the square, and you will see the tourist train departure point.
