If you are starting from the Székesfehérvár main train station, exit the station and head south on Váci Mihály utca towards the city center. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the busy intersection at the Kossuth Lajos utca. Turn left onto Kossuth Lajos utca and continue walking for another 500 meters. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the square at the end of Kossuth Lajos utca, turn right onto Rác utca.
