Walking
If you are in the center of Tatabánya, start at the Tatabánya Train Station (Tatabánya Vasútállomás). Head south on Kossuth Lajos utca towards the junction with Bartók Béla út. At the junction, turn right onto Bartók Béla út. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dózsa György út. Turn left onto Dózsa György út and follow it until you reach the main road, then turn left onto 1-es főút (Route 1). Walk along the Route 1 until you reach the bus station (Tatabánya Autóbusz-állomás). From the bus station, take bus number 120 towards Komárom. After approximately 1 hour, get off at the stop named 'Komárom, Palatínova utca'. The Danube Museum will be a short walk away at Palatínova 13, just follow the signs to the museum.
