Public Transport
From Tatabánya, walk to the Tatabánya bus station (Autóbusz-állomás). Once there, take bus number 12 towards Tata. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Hősök tere stop in Tata. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes to Esterházy-kastély, located at Hősök tere 9/A. You will see the castle ahead as you approach.

Train
Start at Tatabánya train station (Tatabányai állomás). Take a train towards Székesfehérvár and get off at Tata station. The train ride will take around 25 minutes. Once at Tata train station, exit and walk towards the main road. Take a left and walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Hősök tere. Esterházy-kastély is located at Hősök tere 9/A, just a short walk from the square.

If you are in central Tatabánya, head towards the pedestrian zone in the city center. Walk towards the nearest bus stop to catch bus number 12, or if you prefer to walk directly, take the main road heading towards Tata. It is about a 10 km walk, which will take approximately 2 hours. Follow the signs towards Tata, and once you reach the town, head to Hősök tere where you will find Esterházy-kastély at Hősök tere 9/A.
