From any location in Transdanubia, head towards Budapest. If you're coming from the western part of Transdanubia, take the M1 motorway towards Budapest. Once you approach Budapest, follow the signs for the M7 motorway. As you enter the city, continue on the M1 and take the exit towards Buda (Budaörsi út). Follow the local roads until you reach District XII. You will want to navigate towards János-hegy, which is located at 1121 Budapest. There is available parking near the base of the hill, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

To reach János-hegy using public transport from anywhere in Transdanubia, first travel to Budapest via train or bus. Once in Budapest, take the Metro Line 2 (the red line) to Széll Kálmán tér.
