Walking
From the center of Vác, start at the Váci Cathedral (Váci Székesegyház) located on Széchenyi Square. Head south on Széchenyi Street towards the Danube River. Continue straight until you reach the riverside promenade. Follow the promenade along the river for approximately 1 kilometer. Once you reach the Váci Bridge (Váci Híd), cross the bridge to the other side of the river. After crossing, follow the road signs towards Szentendre, which is about 15 kilometers away. You can also take the scenic route along the Danube by following the bike path. This will lead you to Szentendre, where you will find Fő Tér, the town square.

Public Transport - Train
From Vác, make your way to the Vác train station (Váci Vasútállomás) located to the east of the city center. You can reach the station by walking straight down the main road, which will take about 10-15 minutes. At the train station, purchase a ticket for the suburban train (HÉV) heading towards Szentendre. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Szentendre train station, exit the station and head straight until you reach the main street (Dunakorzó). Turn right and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Fő Tér, the town square.
