Walking
From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci Main Square (Váci Fő tér). Once there, look for the bus station located at the edge of the square. Take the bus that heads directly to Budapest. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. After arriving at Budapest's bus terminal, you will need to walk towards the nearest metro station, Kálvin tér. Take the M3 metro line (blue line) towards Újpest-Központ. Get off at the Deák Ferenc tér station, and transfer to the M2 metro line (red line) towards Déli pályaudvar. Ride until you reach the Széll Kálmán tér station. From here, exit the station and walk towards the Castle Hill area. Follow the signs towards Szentháromság utca, and you will find the Holy Trinity Statue at the end of the street.
Public Transport
Start at Váci Main Square (Váci Fő tér) where you can find the bus terminal. Purchase a ticket for Budapest, and board the bus that leaves for Budapest. Once you arrive at the bus station in Budapest, locate the metro entrance for the M2 line. Board the metro towards Déli pályaudvar and get off at the Széll Kálmán tér station. After exiting the metro, follow the signs to the Castle District. Walk up Szentháromság utca, and the Holy Trinity Statue will be on your left side. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the metro station to the statue.
