Walking
From the center of Veszprém, head towards Kossuth Lajos utca, which is a major street. Walk straight along Kossuth Lajos utca until you reach the intersection with Vár utca. Turn left onto Vár utca and continue walking until you reach the Veszprém Castle area. The Margit romok are located at Margit tér 2, just a short walk from the castle entrance. Follow the signs in the area, and you will see the ruins at Margit tér.
Public Transport (Bus)
If you prefer using public transport, you can take bus number 1 from the Veszprém bus station. Board the bus heading towards 'Kertváros' and get off at the 'Margit tér' stop. From there, the Margit romok are just a short walk away. Follow the signs pointing to the ruins, which should be visible as you approach the area.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the city center. Start from the main square and head towards Vár utca. You can cycle through the park area leading up to the Veszprém Castle. After reaching the castle, follow the path down towards Margit tér. There are bike racks available at Margit romok for you to park your bicycle safely.
