Car
If you're driving from Akureyri city center, head east on Hafnarstræti toward Bókhlöðustígur. Continue onto Brekkugata which will lead you out of the city. Follow the signs for Route 1 (the Ring Road) and merge onto it. After approximately 5 km, take the exit toward Vaðlaskógur. Continue on Vaðlaskógur road for about 1 km, and you will see the entrance to Forest Lagoon on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there is no additional cost for parking.
