Car
From Borgarfjörður, take Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading southeast towards Reykjavík. After approximately 70 kilometers, follow the signs for Route 49 towards Reykjavík. Continue on Route 49 for about 5 kilometers, then take the exit for Hlíðar and follow the signs to Perlan. It will be on your left at Varmahlíð 1, 105 Reykjavík. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

From Borgarfjörður, you can take a bus to Reykjavík. Look for the Strætó bus service (look for line 57 or 58). The trip takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.
