If you're driving from Borgarfjörður, take Route 1 (the Ring Road) towards Reykjavík. After about 65 km, take the exit toward Route 50 for Borgarnes. Continue on Route 50 until you reach the town of Borgarnes, where you will merge onto Route 1 again. Keep heading southeast on Route 1 for approximately 75 km until you arrive in Reykjavík. Once you are in the city, follow signs for Miðborg and turn onto Skólavörðustígur. 12 Tónar will be on your left at number 15.

To reach 12 Tónar by public transport from Borgarfjörður, start by taking the bus from Borgarnes to Reykjavík. The bus service operates regularly, so check the schedule for exact departure times. Once you arrive at the Reykjavík Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus (such as bus line 12 or 14) that will take you to Miðborg. Get off at the stop called 'Hlemmur' or 'Laugavegur'. From there, it’s a short walk to Skólavörðustígur. Head southeast on Laugavegur, then turn right onto Skólavörðustígur. 12 Tónar is located at number 15 on your left.
