To reach the Akureyri Art Museum from Dalvik, start by heading to the local bus stop in Dalvik, which is located at the main square near the harbor. Board the bus heading towards Akureyri; the bus service is frequent, so you should not have to wait long. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Akureyri, get off at the bus terminal. From there, exit the terminal and head southwest on Hafnarstræti towards the main street, Aðalstræti. Continue walking straight; Kaupvangsstræti will be on your left after about 10 minutes of walking. The museum will be located at Kaupvangsstræti 8-12.
